WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE ARRIVE?
Each item is handmade in our Austin, Texas studio; please allow for a 3 - 5 day turnaround for us to make your new piece of jewelry and ship it out. If you have a deadline in which you need your order, please leave special instructions upon checkout, or email us at email@example.com. If we are unable to fufill your request per your deadline, we will email you within 24 hours of your purchase and offer a full refund.
IS THE JEWELRY GIFT WRAPPED?
Why yes! We believe all steps of the process of receiving a packaged and opening your new purchase should be beautiful. Each piece is packaged nicely into our sleek, white and gold foil jewelry box, and includes tissue paper and an artist statement postcard.
Purchase orders or packing slips are never included, in case you choose to send the item directly to a gift recipient. If you are giving the piece as a gift and wish to include a personal message, please leave your message in the special instructions box at checkout, or send us an email.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PIECE?
Extend the life of your pieces by taking proper care of it; we advise you always remove your piece before getting into the shower/pool/lake/etc., as well as avoid sleeping in the piece. Additionally, storing your pieces in a small plastic bag with help prevent tarnish over time, blocking humidity from reaching your jewelry.
Due to the natural elements of brass, and bronze, oxidization may occur over time, allowing for an antique patina. All pieces can be restored to it's natural finish; we recommend using a Sunshine Polishing Cloth to clean up lightly tarnished pieces. If you would like your piece restored to it's original finish, contact us, as we're happy to do so.
Sterling silver will eventually tarnish with normal wear; to clean, wipe with a jewelry polishing cloth or use a soft toothbrush and soap and water to restore it's original shine.
Gemstones may accumulate body oils and dirt over time; avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive methods to clean. Simply use soap and water to wash them gently with your fingers. Do not use a polishing cloth on the surface of stones.
I LOST AN EARRING, NOW WHAT?
We've all been there, and it's never fun, but worry not my friend! We will match your lonely remainder for 1/2 the cost to re-complete your set. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process.
CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We take great pride in quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, so if you are unhappy with a purchase, please reach out to resolve the issue at hand.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, and must be returning in the original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will cover the cost. Once received, a refund will be processed for the original purchase amount minus shipping costs.
If you item arrives damaged, please provide photographs of the item as well as the packaging upon arrival, as it may help with insurance claims.
